In conformità al Regolamento UE sulla protezione dei dati 2016/679, La informiamo che i dati personali e sensibili da Lei forniti saranno trattati da ORIZONT LINE Sagl nei limiti di quanto strettamente necessario alla più corretta gestione del rapporto con Lei intercorrente, mediante registrazione cartacea ed elettronica, secondo le condizioni di seguito riportate.

1) Finalità
ORIZONT LINE Sagl procederà al trattamento dei dati personali da Lei forniti per le seguenti finalità: a) Svolgere attività informativa su eventi ed iniziative interne ed esterne promosse da ORIZONT LINE Sagl; b) Ottemperare a tutti gli obblighi previsti dalla legge, dai regolamenti, dalla normativa comunitaria ed internazionale (in particolare in materia contabile, fiscale, di tutela della salute, dell’ordine e della sicurezza pubblica); c) Adempiere a tutti gli obblighi contrattuali e precontrattuali intercorrenti tra le parti.

2) Modalità
I dati di cui al punto 1), raccolti in qualsiasi forma, presso l’interessato e non, saranno trattati, anche con strumenti elettronici, unicamente secondo logiche e mediante forme di organizzazione strettamente correlate agli obblighi e alle finalità di cui al punto precedente. In ogni caso, i dati stessi saranno conservati con il presidio delle misure tecniche ed organizzative necessarie ed idonee a garantire la sicurezza e la riservatezza dei dati, riducendo al minimo i rischi di distruzione o di perdita dei dati, di accesso non autorizzato o di trattamento non consentito.

3) Periodo di conservazione
I dati da Lei forniti saranno conservati per un periodo non superiore a quello necessario per adempiere agli obblighi e perseguire le finalità di cui al punto 1 e comunque per un periodo non superiore a 48 mesi dall’ultima azione finalizzata a questi scopi (salvo ulteriore autorizzazione alla conservazione).

4) Comunicazione dei dati a soggetti terzi
I dati da Lei forniti potranno essere comunicati a: Società controllate, collegate o partecipate da ORIZONT LINE Sagl; Dipendenti e/o collaboratori di ORIZONT LINE Sagl in ragione delle rispettive mansioni e competenze.

Limitazione della Responsabilità 

Orizont Line Sagl non potrà ritenersi responsabile verso l'Utente, salvo il caso di dolo o colpa grave, per disservizi o malfunzionamenti connessi all'utilizzo della rete internet al di fuori del controllo proprio o di suoi fornitori.

Orizont Line Sagl non sarà inoltre responsabile in merito a danni, perdite e costi subiti dall'Utente a seguito della mancata esecuzione del contratto per cause a lui non imputabili.

Orizont Line Sagl non assume alcuna responsabilità per l'eventuale uso fraudolento e illecito che possa essere fatto da parte di terzi delle carte di credito e altri mezzi di pagamento.

Orizont Line non sarà responsabile per eventuali perdite di opportunità commerciale e qualsiasi altra perdita, anche indiretta, eventualmente subita dall'Utente che non siano conseguenza diretta della violazione del contratto da parte della Orizont Line o errato o inidoneo utilizzo dell'Applicazione da parte degli Utenti o di terzi ln nessun caso.

In accordance with the EU Regulation on the protection of data 2016/679, we inform you that the personal and sensitive data you provide will be treated by ORIZONT LINE Sagl within the limits of what is strictly necessary for the most correct management of the relationship with you, by means of paper and electronic registration, according to the following conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Orizont Line Sagl will not be responsible towards the User, except in case of malice or serious fault, for inefficiencies or malfunctions related to the use of the internet network outside of its control or that of its suppliers.

Orizont Line Sagl will not be responsible for damages, losses and costs suffered by the User due to the non execution of the contract for causes not attributable to him.

Orizont Line Sagl will not be responsible for any fraudulent and illegal use that can be made by third parties of credit cards and other means of payment.

Orizont Line will not be responsible for any loss of business opportunity and any other loss, even indirect, eventually suffered by the User that are not a direct consequence of the breach of contract by Orizont Line or wrong or unsuitable use of the Application by the Users or third parties under any circumstances.

Privacy

The protection and processing of personal data will take place in accordance with the Privacy Policy read and accepted Privacy Policy in the site Mokashop.ch.

Limitation de la responsabilité

Orizont Line Sagl ne sera pas responsable envers l'Utilisateur, sauf en cas de malveillance ou de faute grave, de l'inefficacité ou du mauvais fonctionnement liés à l'utilisation d'Internet en dehors de son contrôle ou de celui de ses fournisseurs.

Orizont Line Sagl ne sera pas responsable des dommages, pertes et coûts subis par l'utilisateur en raison de la non-exécution du contrat pour des causes qui ne lui sont pas imputables.

Orizont Line Sagl ne sera pas responsable de l'utilisation frauduleuse et illicite qui pourrait être faite par des tiers des cartes de crédit et autres moyens de paiement.

Orizont Line ne sera pas responsable de la perte d'opportunité commerciale et de toute autre perte, même indirecte, éventuellement subie par l'Utilisateur qui ne sont pas une conséquence directe de la violation du contrat par Orizont Line ou de l'utilisation erronée ou inadéquate de l'Application par les Utilisateurs ou par des tiers dans tous les cas.
